Atlantis is the holy grail of hunters of a lost civilization. Many Atlantis theorists believe that Atlantis was the center of an advanced civilization that greatly influenced all other civilizations, but is there any hard evidence?
Graham Hancock and many other popular authors and researchers present their ideas in this “lost civilization” documentary. They claim that Atlantis is the missing link that could explain why so many civilization used similar building techniques, created similar ritual buildings and knew so much about our stars and planets.
Something I want to point out: The fact that the Inca used a similar building technique for their walls as some of the people in the Mediterranean area (shown in the documentary) is very intriguing. Coincidence?
Also the amazing knowledge some of the people had about our planet is pretty stunning. It makes you wonder why all of that knowledge was lost. Why did it take so long (until the Renaissance) until we re-discovered the knowledge of ancient Greece?
Some of the findings and maps shown in the documentary makes it well worth watching and a quite enjoyable documentary, but if you are looking for any real evidence you will be disappointed.
